We booked two king suites for us and our family in the middle of December and absolutely enjoyed our stay! The guest service manager, D.D.(Deshantay), was hands down the best customer service manager I have ever dealt with. From the moment I spoke to her over the phone before our arrival to when we first walked in, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her kindness and professionalism were exceptional. If everyone in guest relations were as amazing as D.D., the world would truly be a better place. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were nice, and everything exceeded our expectations. We had zero issues during our stay. It was also lovely to see kids enjoying the indoor pool as we were leaving—it really showed the family-friendly atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located near plenty of food options and just a short drive from Walmart, which was very helpful. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Even though we were some of the last to eat, the food was hot, fresh, and plentiful with a variety of options to choose from. We will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to our friends and family. A big thank you to the staff for a 5 star experience
Great location, clean rooms but can we talk about Gigi at the front desk? We peppered her with 101 questions upon our arrival and she was so helpful! This was a great stay for us, so much so that we extended our stay (thanks to Gigi's great information) and will definitely stay again when we return.
The room wasn't the worse but definitely needs to be updated. However, clean enough to feel safe to sleep on and fully stocked with nice clean and thick towels. Breakfast was included. They kept it stockedz even with bacon. I give the customer service 5 plus stars. It made the entire experience worth while. Shout out to De De..she was just amazing.

Great hotel! Service was incredible at check in and out. Safe location and easy access from freeway. Breakfast was super and had plenty of options. Rooms were nice and cozy and very clean. Updated 7/18: Change service from five stars to four stars.called to get a copy of my receipt. Person at front desk asked me to call back in 20 minutes as she was busy doing reservations. Called back 20 minutes later and got a generic receipt that was not detailed. Called back again and asked for a more detailed receipt and the tone of her voice changed to hateful and told me to call back again in 20 minutes. I asked her if she was the only one working and she replied back angrily “yes!” Called corporate office and got information that I needed to resolve my issue. If the front desk was like that to me on the phone, what is she like to other customers and I wonder if customers were present when I was on the phone with her. Not a good impression.
The rooms are very clean. It's as quiet as they can manage. They have a "quiet times" policy after 10 PM. My husband was awakened at 2:30 AM by a shower in a nearby room. There are 2 ice machines in the building and the one on our floor was out of order. The pool (indoor) was closed. Minor inconveniences for a clean room. I wish they'd start charging the smoking fine to guests when their rooms smell like marijuana. I know people were smoking it there because the hallways always smelled of it. The stairwell and elevator sometimes smelled of it too. Maybe I'll just start carrying Febreeze...
The customer service was good. We were there for two nights, and our room was cleaned well while we were gone. It is located about 20 minutes away from Six Flags over georgia. It had an indoor pool and an ice machine. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, the door to our room had a inch and a half Gap at the bottom that allowed for bugs to get in and the room was right under a stairwell and all you heard was banging from 8:00 till midnight those were the only negatives although they're pretty significant because I did not get great sleep for the two nights we were there. Put those things aside. It was pretty decent. The breakfast was sausage they had bacon eggs, waffles, so a decent selection.
The rooms were clean. Free breakfast & coffee was nice! The pool was closed although expecting it to be open as it is indoors and the reason we booked. Location of the hotel is in a great spot. Across from Dunkin, etc.
